Hispanic Arts Theatre’s Board of Directors is a collection of passionate and dedicated individuals. They include business professionals and a number of influential and experienced performing artists, theatre veterans and community leaders.

Artistic Director and Founder Carlos Mendoza earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, with an emphasis in Musical Theatre, at the United States International University in San Diego, CA. He was awarded the Cultural Award by the Colombian Government and recently honored with two awards from the San Diego Theatre Critics
